Greek Key Tile

I need yalls expert advice.
I am working on a house.
In an attempt to break the builder stereotype,
I am trying to add a few classic touches to add some personality.

Greek key,
Yay or nay?

  1. I think it depends on the target home buyer... my mom would hate it, but I would look at it as a bonus. :)

  2. I think it depends on the style + buyer of the home...I would love it but I know a lot of people that wouldn't! As for me, I say do it!

  3. could get tired of it after a while......i think more costly changes are better kept classic and neutral. But that's just me!

  4. I like your sentiment but it's not my personal favorite. That said, it's probably not a deal breaker for a potential buyer.

  6. I agree that Greek key is classic, but why not do it in a modern way that's subtle, so you don't scare off future buyers? Maybe super low contrast? White and light grey, or even matte white with a shimmer white (assuming you could see it)?
