House for Sale in North Hills

It is a bittersweet day. We have been house hunting for the better part of a year. We even listed our house last year after we found a house. The house ended up falling through and we decided that we would stay put with a baby on the way. I feel like you never fully appreciate your house until it is time to move on. I am feeling a little sad as we get it ready to list again.

We plan on listing the house next week.  If you have any friends who are in the market please pass this along. We will consider offers prior to listing.  My email is jessicaepley@gmail.com.

    1. Thank you! Moving with a 5 month old is going to be an interesting. My outdoor furniture is from Home Decorators. Last I checked, they did not offer it anymore :(

  8. That's a fine-looking house. It looks well-lit, and seems well-constructed. I hope you can find a buyer for the house soon, so you can start looking for your new one with no worries. Anyway, thanks for sharing this with us. Good luck!

  9. I have to say, that is a gorgeous home. You should not have any problem getting takers, for as long as you can make your property's presence felt. How that can be done is up to you. Great blog!

  10. This looks like a home that is well worth the time to check out! The light colors open up the rooms a lot. Also, the Raleigh area is absolutely beautiful. My wife works in Durham, and this home would fit extremely nicely into our future plans. We want something similar in size and style. Best of luck with your new home and family!
