Santa Barbara New Home | Tim Barber Architecture

I feel all sorts of ways about this house. I am a huge sucker for  dormers and inset cabinets. This Santa Barbara house, designed by Tim Barber Ltd, takes the cake. A source states the exterior is painted Benjamin Moore's Swiss Coffee.

Inset cabinets with furniture details can make a kitchen.
For someone who does not do beige well, I could really get on board with this clean slate.

Even the laundry room has inset cabinets.

Tiling the walls makes a huge difference in the bathrooms. Most people stop in the shower due to cost. It is a great way to get more bang for your buck.
Again, dormers are a game changer. So many nooks.

  1. Wow.... I feel like someone took my pinterest dream house and built it. Amazing! Thanks for sharing

  2. I'm not much for beige either, but i could easily live here.

  3. I cannot even handle this house. I need every single ounce of it. Down to the pooch on the porch. Thanks for sharing!

  4. That window seat/bed combo is the best thing ever!! Every room is so dreamy! xo

  5. What a beautiful home! I love the simplicity of all the white. Thanks for sharing!

  6. I LOVE this home. I'm pretty sure that the interior was designed by Kristin Panitch, a personal fave.
