Sometimes there is nothing better than having a huge blank wall...
*these prints are not to scale, they are ginormous.
Sconces(no longer available)/Artwork
Things of note:
-The Well Appointed House has some really pretty art.
-We need sconces. We have too many lamps.
-Doug is pretty handy but he is refusing to do sconces. Have any of you installed them yourself?
Oh wow, my favorite is the cylinder lamps and the artwork.
ReplyDeleteI like the last option best but they're all pretty amazing. I think you should get sconces so you have plenty more space to style the crap out of that tabletop.
ReplyDeleteSo fun! Can't wait to see what you end up with!
ReplyDeletelove all of these options! and that credenza is super gorgeous - any of your picks will look great!

What gorgeous options! BTW, I have that exact credenza - but mine is black!

I am LOVING the sconce/botanical artwork option. The art really pops and the feel is pure elegance! For the sconce installation, it might be worth it to just hire an electrician to do the work- that type of wiring worries me!

I say, go with the scones. I also second what Julia says about hiring an electrician. Our contractor told us it's a little bit more complicated than the typical DIY job. Since you are putting them above a credenza, plug in sconces might be a good option too. I know they have cords and all that biz, but there are quite a few good ones out there. I also say go for a Paule Marrot...mainly because I want one too :)
ReplyDeleteI love the 2nd to last option! I feel like it's the most "you".
ReplyDeletehire someone. we had a lot of "lighting work" done in our old house, and it wasn't too expensive. and totally worth not having to worry about it being done right and all that jazz.
ReplyDeletei LOVE the first option. like LOVE.
ReplyDeleteGreat choices!! I think I love #3 the best!
ReplyDelete#1- love, love, love!
ReplyDeleteYour console is off the chain. Hire an electrician, worth the money.
ReplyDeleteI am obsessed with the first and last options!! Sconces would be great and I'm loving the green in the last print! xo
ReplyDeleteso many fun choices- its hard to pick one favorite!
ReplyDeleteI am in love with most everything Paule Marrot! I would love to have a print of one of her textiles! So my favorites are the last two.
ReplyDeleteLove the botanical art! Try finding a pair of candle sconces, not electrical wiring required!
