I am working on my cooking skills. It is not something I enjoy doing. I do not have a lot of patience and I am really bad at timing things out. Tonight I cooked Almond Encrusted Salmon. I have to say, I am really proud of myself.

Tuesday I went to a Wine and Design class. My friend Rachel arranged an abstract class. Needless to say, I will not be quitting my day job.

ReplyDeleteyour flowers always look so good and profesh. i can't believe i still haven't done a 'wine and design' type thing yet. actually, i can, but i definitely have wanted to. that is one of my many goals this week while i'm off work...to start at least one painting! i have about 40 projects in my head right now. what else is new?!
