Campaign Dresser Makeover

Campaign dresser is done. It is very good looking if I do say so myself.
I used a high gloss Chinese Red.

The hardware for struggling. I got paint and then tried to get it off with a razor and it scratched the brass. I went to a local art store and found Rub n' Buff. Not only did it hide the scratches it made the hardware look new.

Hank was no help. He just hid in the bushes and practiced modeling moves.

  2. I LOVE the picture of Hank!!! Almost as much as I love picturing you and Doug on your walk with your big camera taking pictures of houses.

  4. Hi Jessie! Just found your blog. Your dresser came out beautifully! I adore the color you chose, so bold and looks terrific with the hardware. Love what you did with your white mirror, I think it would look awesome in your entryway. :)

  5. I almost went Chinese red and after I finished spray painting mine I found yours. If mine were going in a different room, I'd go red all the way. Fantastic choice!!

Since I keep mentioning my campaign dresser, here's a link to it: http://kcinteriors.wordpress.com/2011/02/10/craigslist-find/
